WHO

RitFit Sports provides warranties to the original purchaser of the product (named at the time of ordering) for the periods and in-line with any specific exclusions detailed below.

WHEN

The warranty period commences from the date of order unless otherwise specified and are non-transferable.

WHERE

The warranty policy does not apply to any products that leave the lower 48 states in the United States.

DISCLAIM

Any specific issues regarding a RitFit product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and RitFit has the discretion to decline warranty requests that are not in-line with the product warranty schedule.

Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Minor aesthetic/cosmetic issues such as scratches, imperfections or similar that is incurred through general use is not covered under RitFit warranties. Damages caused by environmental factors or force majeure, such as hailstorms, windstorms, tornadoes, sandstorms, lightning, floods, earthquakes, airborne fallout, insect damage, chemicals, salt, and ocean spray, are not covered.

Items damaged during delivery (in-transit / during shipping of your original to your specified delivery address) should be immediately documented and escalated to RitFit Customer Service for assistance. Please keep original packaging and, where possible – photograph the condition, location and any other relevant details.

COVERAGE

 
* Power Cage Basic Warranty: RitFit Sports will warranty this power cage from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for a period of _ years on frames, 1 year on parts, 90 days on cover and upholstery. Frames include structure/steel, structural welds. Parts includes bolts, nuts, washers, tube bushings, foot covers, pulley sleeve, pulleys, chains, gourd buckles, foam roller, cables, top beam, J-hooks, plate carriage, pulley brace, plates storage pegs, landmine, bar handle, safety bar, pullup bar, lat bar, low row bar, band pegs and dip bars.

 
* Barbells Warranty: RitFit Sports will warranty this barbell for a period of 3 year against bending. Warranty against bending does not cover any weight bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms, or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, and similar usage). Bushings and bearings warranty is 1 year.
