- How did your fitness and competitive journey begin?
My fitness and competitive journey didn’t follow a traditional path. With limited resources, I relied on mentorship, self-education, and a strong commitment to consistent training to develop my skills and achieve my goals. As I delved deeper into training, I noticed not only physical improvements but also a transformation in my mental resilience, focus, and overall mindset. This experience ignited my passion for helping others discover the same benefits.
- What does your current career involve, and how do you share your expertise with others in the community?
Today, I travel all over the world to compete and teach, sharing my knowledge with other world-class athletes and learning from their unique experiences as well. I compete regularly on UFC Fight Pass, and I’m dedicated to sharing my journey and insights with others through social media and SoPro Collective, my training platform for competitors. Through these channels, I provide guidance on conditioning, technique, and mental strategies to help people feel and perform their best on and off the mats.
- Finally, as a RitFit ambassador, what are your thoughts on the brand? How do you think it supports athletes?
As a RitFit ambassador, I’m excited to represent a brand that provides high-quality tools to help athletes enhance their training. I use the RitFit BLP01 Leg Press Machine and M1 Smith Machine in my home gym. RitFit’s products are not only top-tier in quality but also highly functional, helping athletes achieve better results in their training.
